Product details
Keithley 6482 Picoammeter
The Model 6482 picoammeter provides two independent picoammeter/source channels in a 2U, half-rack enclosure, allowing simultaneous 6-digit measurements across both channels. The 6482 has twice the channel density of other high speed, high accuracy picoammeters. In comparison with alternative single-channel picoammeter/source combinations, the 6482 offers easy control and data aggregation, low cost of ownership, high measurement accuracy (±1% on the 2nA range) and a wide dynamic range (1fA to 20mA). At 4-digit resolution, users can take up to 900 readings/second on each channel.
