For semi-solid media and liquid measurements, Testo presents the 206 series for fast pH testing.

Stand out features include a large volume of gel electrolyte and dual wall diaphragm, leak-proof probe which is maintenance-free and insensitive to dirt. The protective cover is dish-washer safe, hygienic and protects the measuring instrument from water, dirt and impact.

Features and Benefits:

• Auto final value recognition
• Dual display
• 1, 2, or 3-point calibration possible
• Gel electrolyte
• Built-in temperature sensor
• 0 to 14 pH measuring ranger
• 0.01 pH resolution
• Protection class IP68

Where is a pH Meter used?

From laboratories and quality control to schools, pH meters have a wide range of application. They are often used in solutions to indicate alkalinity or acidity, some also measure electrical potential, these are called "potentiometric pH meters". Usually with a meter and a probe, some pH meters also measure temperature. Whatever type of measurement is needed RS offers a wide range of pH meters to meet your pH measurement needs.

pH & Water Analysis - pH & Temperature Meters Testo 200 Series

Instead of a liquid electrolyte, these probes use a gel as a reference substance for pH measurement. This facilitates the use of a hole diaphragm between the measurement electrode and housing in place of the micro-porous structure usually used in pH probes. They are almost completely maintenance-free, robust and unaffected by dirt and dust.,Gelcap,A potassium chloride solution is usually used to store pH probes which, as with every liquid, can leak. To prevent this the potassium chloride solution is available in a gel filled probe/meter cap that does not drip or leak.
