MIT1020 10kV Insulation Tester

10kV insulation resistance tester in a rugged IP65 case to enable simple safety checks on insulation and also a range of predictive tests for preventative maintenance. IEEE 43-2000 recommends the use of 10kV for motor windings rated above 12kV.,Safety features include automatic discharge of capacitive energy, test inhibit if >50V detected at test leads and timed start button to prevent inadvertent operation if button is jammed etc.
