QMA RF coaxial connectors are a Quick disconnect version of SMA connector with a low loss RF performance up to 6GHz and a high power handling capacity (150W @2.5 GHz typically). Instead of a threaded coupling these QMA RF coaxial connectors have a snap-on coupling interface which enables fast system installation and, as no wrench clearance is necessary, denser packaging. Once mated these QMA RF coaxial connectors can be rotated 360 degrees allowing installation flexibility. Typical applications for these QMA RF coaxial connectors include base station equipment and amplifiers
