The Sick W14 range of photoelectric proximity sensors features sensors that are in robust housing suitable for use in a wide range of applications within industrial environments. Photoelectric proximity sensors are designed to detect and measure physical objects or quantities through emitting a field or beam of electromagnetic radiation, an object is detected through measuring alteration in the return.
