The Vishay 293D series industrial grade TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors are solid Tantalum, surface mount with 100% matte tin terminations. The 293D series offers stable electrical parameters, high reliability and long service life; they are the suitable for use where volumetric efficiency is required.

Operating Temperature: -55 °C to +125 °C (above 85 °C, voltage derating is required) Capacitance Range: 0.10 μF to 1000 μF Capacitance Tolerance: ± 5 %, ± 10 % , ± 20 % 100 % Surge Current Tested (D and E Case Codes) Voltage Rating: 4 VDC to 75 VDC
